1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, downloading the BellaSpeak mobile application, or accessing any part of the web learning platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms in full, do not use our services.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or possess legal parental or guardian consent if you are between the ages of 13 and 17, and are fully able and competent to enter into the agreements established herein.

2 User Accounts & Security

To access structured learning paths, Spaced Repetition tracking, and video exercises, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Sharing account credentials, selling accounts, or utilizing automated scripts to log in is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

3 Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation

BellaSpeak offers free access tiers alongside optional premium subscription memberships providing unlimited hearts, offline lesson downloads, and advanced EME (Explain My Error) breakdowns.

We provide a 14-day refund window for initial purchases on web subscriptions if requested through our support desk. In-app purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to Apple’s and Google’s respective refund policies.

4 Proprietary Intellectual Property

All curriculum designs, interactive video clips, audio recordings, phonetic animations, text explanations, mascot illustrations ("Bella"), trademarks, software code, and pedagogical structures are the exclusive intellectual property of BellaSpeak Inc.

You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and consume courses for personal educational enrichment only. Any reproduction, rebroadcasting, public display, commercial exploitation, or scraping of our video lessons without written consent is strictly prohibited.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

When interacting with the platform, community features, or learning exercises, you agree that you will NOT:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our mobile apps or backend microservices.
• Employ automated bots, spiders, crawlers, or screen scrapers to harvest content or answers.
• Attempt to bypass heart limits, gems, or subscription entitlements via API replay attacks.
• Upload or submit abusive, harassing, defamatory, or unlawful content in community forums.

6 Educational Disclaimers & Warranties

BellaSpeak provides scientifically optimized pedagogical tools, video modeling, and Spaced Repetition algorithms designed to build genuine speaking proficiency. However, individual language acquisition speed depends upon individual learner diligence, consistency, and prior cognitive foundations.

The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding uninterrupted server operation or specific career/academic outcomes.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BellaSpeak Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform.

8 Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach any term of this agreement. You may terminate your account at any time by utilizing the in-app account deletion tool or contacting customer support.

9 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall first be addressed through informal good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to confidential, binding arbitration.
